Provided communications support to Douglas County and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) as they make way on their US 85 Improvements. US 85 Corridor Improvements included both long range and short term construction planning through the Highlands Ranch Parkway to State Highway 67 corridor. These efforts were realized through a PEL and NEPA refinement process. During this time, Shannon maintained a communications database, drafted website content, and coordinated open houses.
